RTS CAROUSEL CHILDREN RADIO PREENTATION

Four years ago, Serbian Television and Radio Belgrade launched new thematic channels via their RTS Planet digital platform. Among them was Carousel Radio, a channel created specifically for children, broadcasting an array of carefully selected music for children, radio-plays (straight from the vaults of the famous Radio Belgrade 2 drama program), educational program, as well as the famous short stories and verses from Radio Belgrade’s legacy show "Good Morning, Kids".

As part of the International Children's Theater Festival in Subotica, Carousel Radio will organize a workshop. Children will be able to listen to short radio-plays and learn the difference between observing plays and "listening to plays". They will also get to hear some samples from Radio Belgrade’s audio archive – which is the oldest electronic media in the Balkans, celebrating its 100th anniversary next year.
